Some properties offered breakfast as a welcome gift/ complimentary. Others gave me an option to get points or take breakfast during my stay.

I think the FD staff may not be well trained about the options for breakfast. In my experience a lot of the Moxy staff tends to be new/ uninterested in engaging with members.
