Is there some trick to getting a first class menu at the beginning of the month? I emailed YouFirst, no reply. I asked the chat, and I was told "I am really sorry, but we won't be able to share the menu for your upcoming flight with you." No explanation or follow-up. Is calling the best route? Or is it really not given in advance?
FWIW, I am looking for LHR to DFW this month.
I asked for a copy of my menu for a flight next week during a call on another issue to You First today at 9am. Promised it within 45 minutes after they raised a request to their “email team”. Nothing as yet. . .
I filled out the You First web form three days ago - admittedly it’s funny festive season: nothing as yet . . .
