Would anyone know the reason BA has given (code) for our delayed flight on 29/12 BA 2628 Gatwick to Salzburg.
we saw first thing in the morning it was delayed by 40 mins, but then at the airport another hour, then once on the aircraft 2 technicians were on board to fix a problem, we missed our slot and then had to wait which resulted in a 3.5 hour delay. Many thanks.
