Which was kind of my tongue in cheek point. I actually don't think there are that many doing this, those that do will have corporate fares which are significantly discounted and as someone else has said Pharma is, like everyone else, looking to save costs not spend so whilst there might be those that fly out for 1 meeting etc I think it is a small group anyway (and as you have said they are all GGL anyway and we know that group is only a few thousand at best.....)
