Flights are operated by Air France, and the availability still shows as of now. I tried to book the ticket online. Also tried the Air France mobile App but got the message " The API has neither a response nor an answer." after the passenger details and contact information. I contacted the agent, but they were unable to assist and claimed the availability doesn’t exist—despite it still showing on the website for the past week. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround or specific team within Flying Blue I should reach out to? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I had the same 2 months ago when trying to book a flight with China Southern through FB. I ended up calling the platinum line and the lady said she could see the same availability online but couldn’t book it as well as there was no award space available on China Southen. She blamed the IT-department. So I guess that bug still hasn’t been solved.
