This makes a lot of sense, BA has probably consulted some big FTSE client CEOs and a couple of McKinsey Partners all on at least seven figures on where the new thresholds should be to not disincentivise BA loyalty without actually really asking the mid / upper mid-level that is booking the majority of the BA tickets what they think about it. I hope this is not the case, but these thresholds do smack a bit of poor decision making / everyone is in the same situation as us information vacuum to me.
