Be astounded.
We never looked anywhere else for our flights. We only went to BA.com, and only ever booked with BA.
Of course, our spend was trivial in global terms, but it meant a lot to us, and we were grateful for Silver status in return.
That relationship has been well and truly broken by BA, and I’ll certainly be looking anywhere else first in future….
