Hi everyone, can anyone verify how easy it is to lower the armrest in BR 787 Royal Laurel J seats, and moreover, whether that can be done not just for the seats which have an armrest next to the aisle, but also the seats where the armrest is next to the window/cabin sidewall?

I once tried to lower the armrest on a "true" window seat and wasn't able to, so maybe it is fixed? Seems unlikely, though, if the aisle side armrests can be lowered.
