Yea following up on FFD access (since Chelsea is clearly labeled CK /GGL or BA/AA F) that, say you find F availability out of LAX/SFO, you could in theory fly out of DFW / MIA and present your JL F boarding pass (same day prior to 0600) to access at departure? Or as previously mentioned, arrive in DFW (or LAX SFO) connecting into DFW MIA, and present JL F boarding pass for access on arrival? Maybe even the x1 daily CX F out of lax? Or some QF F?
