Used Airside to enter new international flights (Mexico); passport info was already there. Of course, the app then tells you to
“Use the Alaska app to check your document verification status within 72 hours of departure". And of course the Alaska app contains no such data (checked multiple times prior to check-in time). It only appears AFTER you check in. Guess they like to surprise you.
At check-in, able to get BPs but note that Mrs. PDX's BP notes 'passport verified' but mine does not.
So, in the end, not time saved and no convenience provided. Absolutely mo "Easy-breezy global travel" provided here.
But admittedly a first world problem that sand and sun will quickly fix.

I think this would be easier if we just had a thread on the Alaska app features that do work. It would be a short thread and never any new content.
