It's kind of the old/current BA system. You genrally can add 2-6 short haul connecting flight to a Long haul on most LH fares. Each short haul connection earns 40 TP each. If you add between two to three to a long haul ticket, 4 long haul round trips will be enough.
Granted, there are cheaper ways to get LH SEN though they involve sitting in Eurobusiness for extended periods of time.
