Just wanted to share my terrible experience with this airline.

1. Bought 70000 Air Canada miles (worth 700$) using credit card.
   
2. Booked international flight via Air Canada.
   
3. My account is disabled after booking ticket without calling me by their fraud prevention system and ticket is cancelled.
   
4. Contacted multiple times via phone/email and only response is to wait indefinitely.
   
5. My departure date has passed and my money is still blocked in their account
   

I had to buy an alternate flight at a much higher cost and my money is stuck with Air Canada. Faced a lot of stress and loss of money due to booking an expensive alternate flight.
