As of this moment all MSY-ATL flights on 1/3 are zeroed out in all classes of service. There is availability on 1/4.

There are three extra sections for 1/2 in the afternoon...with availability. Whether DL adds additional capacity on 1/3 or offers a waiver, we will see I suppose.
