If you've gotten them, what bureaus do they check (if any)? Chex? EWS?
Why anyone would use this card with that impressive list of fees in beyond me. You might as well get a street loan from your local mafia banker

My favorite from that impressive list:

Account Inactivity Fee $5.95 Per month. Fee applies if there are funds on the card and the card has not had any
funding or spend activity for 180 days
