Well I hardly abused either. I didn’t use all the vouchers and definitely never abused the minibar. But not having to think would be good Not that you should have to think of a £5 can of beer when frequently paying £600 a night or more haha
You are a disciplined man IThink. In years gone by ... not so many back, wife and I have checked in early, been given a temporary room until ours ready, emptied the mini bar (the good stuff not the dross ... champagne, wine etc) then rang down for a refresh, emptied it again (or bagged it for later) .... moved room and repeated. I know, I know, not admirable stuff but excitable weekend break stuff and as you say, the prices we pay, this every now and again not so terrible.
