How do some of the other distance based programmes handle connections when making the calculations. Is it end-point to end-point distance or seperate segments credited. Particularly MH, they seem to have a distance zone chart, which is centred on KL of course. How would their programme account multi layover trip. Such as MAN-LHR-DOH-BKK, in old BA money would be 40+140+140. Would that be 10 on MH as one trip >5501, or would be be 2+8+8 as seperate flights segments?
