You are more optimistic than me about the motivated/foot-dragging ratio.

One thing I was happy to notice in 2020-2022 was that the overall vibe from PNC was way more enthusiastic than pre-Covid (albeit worried for the future of the company).
Maybe the pandemic temporarily changed the general mindset, maybe the fear of complete bankruptcy lit a fire, maybe it was just sampling bias because PNC/PNT that actually flew at this time were more motivated.

But clearly, since summer 2023, I find chitchat with staff to be as cringeworthy as it was in 2019. Ask about fleet updates and 2 minutes later they are complaining about how bad they have it on the new aircrafts; see PNC actively avoid to make eye contact with pax onboard, or agents at the gate while talking loudly about "la direction ceci-cela"... Not sure if something is really happening within the company or if bad habits are simply back, but it sure feels like the relative number of customer-facing employees projecting an image of motivation has been going down during the past 2 years.
