Posted in last years thread, but since that’s now locked will ask here if any known reason for BA57/BA56 delay on 31Dec/1Jan (LHR-JNB). Wanted to check if compensation due.

BA56 now has a departure time of 4am from JHB :-( some 9 hrs late, and at a really challenging time of night. Automated email from BA says check in now closes at 2am (but I wonder if JHB immigration is even open then)?
