The Heathrow site has a which terminal guide, which is great. If they show up to the wrong terminal, people will be able to point them in the right direction.

At least for LHR-DFW, BA isn't flying LHR-DFW during their summer schedule, so depending on what dates you looked that might be why.
And it moves to T3 on 30th March, I guess making IRROPS easier to handle.
