hannahthailand - First, welcome to FlyerTalk. Happy New Year. I had the same issue as you, being unable to log into the ROP account because the associated email address had changed. I got no response to sending an email. Have you phoned the customer service number? I finally had to write a letter in order to change the ROP email address! Good luck!
