Well, they have already devalued the earn/burn ratio (for most) with the move to revenue-based avios, and I would expect that the expected move to dynamic reward flight pricing will induce further inflation. But, as always, the question is how this compares with other FFPs and I suspect that the earn/burn ratio has deteriorated across the board. I must confess that, for my other main programme (FB), the award miles has become a distraction as far as I am concerned as the earn/burn ratio is just not attractive enough any more.
