A very quick play around with Google Flights shows that AGP - BKK is 7000 miles. With Finnair's fully Flex ticket which i'm guessing is a J (I'm not sure what class their Classic Fare books into?) available for around £2100 return, that gives you 14000 miles at 50% for a J fare on Finnair (so 7000 new TPs) according to the FAQs. So 500 short of Silver, which can be taken up by credit card spend.
£2100 is a lot better than £7500.
So maybe all is not lost yet. That's achievable for us. We are newly retired with no time constraints leisure travellers. Obviously not everyone is in the same boat.
i only see 'business light' at those prices?
