Unable to Book Flying Blue Reward Ticket Due to Technical Error

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue booking a FlyingBlue reward ticket and was hoping someone here could help or provide advice. I found availability on a reward ticket from PVG to SFO for 95k. Flights are operated by Air France, and the availability still shows as of now. I tried to book the ticket online. However, every time I enter my passenger details & contact information and try to proceed, I get an error message saying, "Due to a technical error, we are unable to complete the booking online."

Also tried the Air France mobile App but got the message " The API has neither a response nor an answer." after the passenger details and contact information. Also tried Chrome Incognito window, but doesn't seem to work either. I contacted the agent, but they were unable to assist and claimed the availability doesn’t exist—despite it still showing on the website for the past week. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround or specific team within Flying Blue I should reach out to? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
