There have been some very subtle changes to the business class service routine that I noticed for the first time in June 2024. One is the nuts not being warmed - plus also menus and towel are now already at your seat on boarding. This coincided with the menu ordering being taken on devices rather than pen/paper (when the device works that is ). I assume the rationale is to slightly lessen the demands on the crew / save a little time during boarding, without really impacting on passenger experience.
