I changed my email address around a year ago and didn't think to update my ROP account. My email address is completely deleted and not in use. I now cannot get a reset pin email or an OTP code sent to me.

I am just about to book some return flights and want to check my points, has anyone else got any ideas on how I can solve this? I have contacted them via email and X but get no response
