policy, more a
very limited concession which (again IIRC) depends on individual circumstances and which agents(s) you deal with.

GGLwannabee’s post #5 below. So there clearly is a policy and (again
IIRC) there have been the odd cases over my 20+ years on FT, where some discretion has been applied to cases slightly outside this policy.
