Weather: A cloudy day with a wide frontal band of rain in the morning. Strong SW'ly winds with gusts of 30-40 KT. The front is expected to clear through at around 12Z, with a risk of heavy bursts and squally winds (risk of 45 KT and severe turbulence) as it clears. Behind the front, some rain may linger into the mid-afternoon, and winds will quickly turn gentle to moderate NW'ly with a low risk of 25KT gusts until 18Z.
