Thanks for the info everyone. I don't have to choose my rewards until mid-March and already have lounge access for 2025 and don't need another suite upgrade in the next two months. Wondering if I should just wait and choose suite upgrade + lounge in mid-March, which will give me 12 months until the suite upgrade expires, or choose it now in case this 2 year lounge "loophole" really does get closed in the next 2 months.
