My new $300 travel credit went into effect December 18. On December 28 I booked an UA award flight to Paris along with two wi-fi passes for $181.41. On December 30 I was credited the entire $300. Shouldn't I be credited for only $181.41 until I make further travel purchases?
My statement closed 12/25 and I haven't used the card since and the $300 travel credit has posted leaving me with a balance of negatve $300
Something strange is happening with the travel credit this year. Mine had been posting as expected, 1:1 against travel charges. Then on Dec 27 I had a small charge that did not get a credit. But yesterday (Dec 30) the remainder of my credit posted in a single credit ($100+)...
