Would always book BA for my long haul flights having been Gold or Silver for donkey’s years.

But yesterday I booked United LHR to Washington in Polaris (business) for a summer trip to see family and same again in November for Thanksgiving.

What’s the point sticking with BA if I’m only ever going to reach the heady heights of Bronze?

This isn’t a whinge so much as hoping people in BA management read this…the desertion away from BA isn’t theoretical, it’s happening.
