EI is not part of any alliance, so reciprocal benefits are limited to only the airlines it already has agreements with.

IB is IAG-owned and is probably due for a switch to revenue-based status sooner or later. Any influx of BAEC refugees would almost certainly hasten it in that direction, imo.
