It will be open tomorrow, apparently. Operational issue kept it closed today.

Different topic: then went to the N concourse lounge. Was connecting in from LHR going to PDX. International J ticket. OW Emerald. No AL membership. Was told, yes we see you are Emerald and in business, connecting to First. But you cannot have lounge access for your connecting flight. You can only have access when you are departing from SEA, not arriving for a connection.

They were very nice. But we need specificity on if AS will do for its lounges what other OneWorld members do, which is that lounge access is available on otherwise eligible connections. If the answer is that Alaska is special and that connections are ineligible then it needs to be spelled out on the OneWorld lounge page T&Cs.

FWIW, current T&Cs say:
Alaska Airlines customers on Alaska Airlines operated domestic flights, connecting to or from an international long-haul flight in a premium cabin on the same day, are eligible for oneworld lounge access before the domestic flight.

But the SEA folks do not have this in their access scripts on the internal app as being true. I ended up using a 75K guest pass to get in. Lounge was empty.
