I typically try to avoid EWR at all costs but I have a trip coming up in March where I land on a Saturday evening and then have to fly out again on Sunday afternoon so I am trying to maximize the small amount of time at home. I know ORD and IAH well for INTL/DOM transfers but much so with EWR and IAD. Is GS likely to be of any more benefit at any of these xfr points?
Here are my choices:
EWR will land at the International Terminal, you'll take the Skytrain, and then be landside, to clear security. You can use the GS reception, but I've always just gone through Clear or PreCheck. Clear can be slow at EWR (just an FYI).
IAD on the other hand, to me, is the easiest I-D connection point. I get your losing 90 minutes at home... but the transfer is so easy, you stay in the same terminal. The only downside is if you're DEN flight is all the way in the high D gates, it can be a bit of walk, but not too bad.
