So i've been tempted to book this property but just use Wyndham points to stay at VACASA properties in Maui.

My questions are beach access... How far to the beach? Can you walk?

Air Conditioning. I know this property doesn't offer it, is it needed?

Appliances. HGow are the appliances? Look pretty outdated in the standard pictures on their website.
