Seems like Murphy's law never ends with this specific rental. Just now, literally a few minutes ago, I got the Avis Toll Receipt.

They want to charge me $26.61 for tolls. $17.63 Holland Tunnel Toll, $2.03 for NJTpke (Entry: 14A, Exit 14C), and $6.95 convenience fee.

The funny thing is that I drove from CT to JFK, never crossed Holland Tunnel or went on NJ Tpke during this rental, AND paid the Whitestone bridge tolls using my own EZPass tag.
