I am finding bookable options for your requested and alternate routing available on a sample date of 4 August 25 for cash.
For miles, I see options that include EWR-HND-KIX-NTG with HND-KIX operated by Starflyer and KIX-NTG operated by Shenzhen.
Other mileage options include EWR-SFO-KIX-NTG. 100K+tax or 71.5K+tax for Premium Economy mixed cabin (YN to SFO, ON to KIX, X to NTG.
