For my SolaSeed flight HND-Nagasaki, I was unable to check in and print a boarding card using the ANA check-in terminals.
I ended up going to an ANA customer services desk, where they checked me in.
No check-in issues at all with StarFlyer for FUK-HND.
Overall, it was a good experience. I think I will take some internal flights in Japan in future trips.
