Clause 7.4 would seem to be the strongest point (copied below) but is only for Lifetime points. Everything else that has changed would seem to be covered by BA's right to change the program as and when they see fit. Clause 7.4 is the only one where they appear to have broken their own contractual terms..
"7.4. Lifetime Status is subject to the Terms and Conditions and is dependent on continued membership. British Airways reserves the right to amend the criteria for gaining Lifetime Status or to withdraw the ability of Members to earn Lifetime Status and will give at least 6 months’ notice of the change or withdrawal of this benefit."
A very narrow interpretation would be that the 6 months’ notice refers to changes or withdrawal of the benefit itself, and not the manner in which it is gained.
