I have sent a complaint in on this point specifically. Asking for a direct answer on soft landings, as it’ll drastically alter my future bookings depending on the outcome.
Either way, I’ll now be winding down my BA flying to when it’s the only sensible option. Time to burn through my avios, no more POUGs, or additional holidays & trips with an eye on TPs.
