I thought it was already mentioned that IB will be part of this change or am I wrong?
For me as an EU based member - and trying to find a balance between decent customer support and requirements to achieve (preferably) Emerald as I do still see the OW alliance as my peference, moving forward I will be looking to check out the following program based on what I am willing to pay out of my own pocket
- QR
- AS
- AA (mainly because I actually just a need < 50k to achieve LT Platinum and I should be able to get a US based AA card to add to the spending)

The rest of the alliance airlines don't seem to have such appealing customer support in case of things going wrong. Hoping to see better suggestions in upcoming responses.
