In past years, I would call in on Dec 31, and apply the credits for the year past, and I would never have a problem. This year, I have now had 2 agents tell me they ONLY can go back 4 statements to issue credits. Anything before then CANNOT be credited. They quoted the ts and cs of the card. Has anyone else ran into this now?
