I just got back from a 5 day stay at ARIA Vegas. - At the "Invited Guest" line during checkin, I saw ads for (MGM Noir, Platinum and Marriott Ambassador/Titanium). I went up to them, showed them my status on Marriott app, but they said there was nothing they could do, and could not provide more information when probed. It did not seem like they were familiar with what was going on.. I wasn't expecting anything as I noticed that they removed the MGM to Marriott Link in "MGM Rewards" after signing in on MGM site, but was surprised to see this on check in.

Booked through MGM as the rates on Marriott were much higher.

I spoke to MGM rewards, they had ads everywhere for MGM --> Bonvoy, but referred me go to "MGM Rewards", but it wasn't there anymore.

For context, I'm looking to match Bonvoy --> MGM, but I don't think that's possible.. I'm Pearl at MGM, Titanium at Bonvoy.

Anyone got more insight on this?
