Recently finished a stay around Christmas. Booked 2 bed room and got it, no upgrades but expected to be fully booked so was no big deal. Parking is about 3 minutes drive and walk back to the hotel but can't charged it to the room so that's a down side. 45 bucks with in and out so that was a plus. Location was great for the market and tourist places. Room was clean, nothing crazy. Used 36 bucks F&B credit at the store for some water and drinks, I think they did not put is the first purchase of $12 but I did not exceed $36 overall so did not bother asking about it. Overall it's just a clean and nice hotel. Would return if I'm in Boston.
