Thanks, mine is actually not for a CPAP it's for doing sinus rinses so I don't want to take any chances with tap water in terms of the risk of infection. We are flying business to tokyo so luggage weight shouldn't be an issue for that flight, though I may need to think about the intra-japan flight. But you're right, cost wise it's prob not a huge deal either way. I would just prefer not having to think about this on vacation. We were in Sydney recently and while we were ultimately able to find it on 2 different occasions, it wasn't the easiest and required checking multiple supermarkets/pharmacies each time.
