At home, you buy distilled water by the gallon and make your own saline solution?

For travel, I would be concerned that a gallon jug would burst. Would take liter bottles. Definitely bottles with a screw top.

Buying saline solution would keep it simple. More expensive but it comes in smaller, sturdy, bottles. Might be easier to find than dw.
