I’m in a similar situation now. Have historically squeezed the travel budget in terms of accommodation and dining at destination in order to subsidise BA/OW flights. However I think I’ll now be a loyal Google Flights user, book whoever is cheapest, and hope and pray that Hilton value my loyalty more than BA!
