I agree - it seems like the App is crashing more and more and connecting to the WiFi (I just use the free texting and sometimes movies) seems to vary from flight to flight
not uncommon to click on the button to set up free texting and to get the movies screen

not sure why it all has to involving clicking and signing in and blah blah blah - just automatically connect me

not to mention, when sitting on the plane - before taking off, I need to disable to WiFi - cuz it picks up the plane's channel and then I cant get access to email and such
