I’ve been flying SkyTeam (mainly KLM and Air France) where the flights are better timed or priced and especially around Europe and found their FF programme and their onboard, lounge and customer service offering to be decent. Not without issues, but no one is perfect.

I would definitely suggest people look at SkyTeam if planning on leaving BA.
