Gamification basically to help their revenues continue to grow even if they can't sell more seats in planes. My gut instinct though is that they've gone too aggressive, and at 20,000 TPs, it's just not worth chasing at all. The odd 1,000 here and there will not get me to 20,000, so I won't bother trying to begin with.
