Quite a bizarre change really, it's almost BA are putting 2 fingers up to people spending about £2500 to £5000 per year. Perhaps they think they just don't need the customers with that amount of spend.
Interesting point but you have to multiply out that spend. As I’m sure I’m not alone in still paying for student age children on family holidays. Last two years gone to UVF on a BAH total spend £18k (4 adults) . That will only get me just over halfway to silver as I’d only earned 4,500 tps . May as well go virgin and book hotel direct.
