I’m seeing this as an opportunity…

BA have done a number of things over the last few years that have pissed me off (avios devaluations for gold, avios increases for AA domestic redemptions, mediocre food in business, general poor customer service) but I’ve mostly stuck with them to retain gold. Now I’ll have the chance to fly on the airline that suits me best. If that happens to be BA (I’m looking at DUB-NYC for next Nov in J & BA are at <€1400 versus the next cheapest is €1850) but I’m no longer wedded to them.

Their loss is my attitude
